Fantastic location, cozy atmosphere, and outstanding spa services.

Oh man, the risotto at the restaurant was to die for! Seriously, they hit it out of the park. Plus, the staff went above and beyond to make my special occasion memorable by bringing a candle for my boyfriend's birthday. The wellness area was so cozy I could have stayed all day!

We had a little hiccup at La Biskatcha where they skipped our entrees, and when the meat finally arrived, it was cold! Thankfully, we ordered something else, and all was well in the end. Just a bit more attention to detail would’ve been superb.

great staff but the room could use updates

The staff were genuinely friendly! They went out of their way to accommodate our late check-out request, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for our family, with the game room keeping our son entertained during the entire trip. We appreciated having a comfortable classic double room that offered a cozy ambiance for our short stay.

Calm and silent hotel

We loved the spacious family room and the amazing spa facility. The kids enjoyed the games room, and we had quality time at the cozy bar by the fireplace, taking in night views after a day in the fresh mountain air with our two dogs.

My kids wished there was a few more options in the kids menu.

I spent a week in a Classic Double Room at The Originals Relais and enjoyed the beautiful location right in the heart of Les Gets. Breakfast offered a great variety, with both hot and cold options that kept me satisfied every morning. The ski storage was excellent, complete with heated boot holders, which I really appreciated after a long day on the slopes. I loved cozying up in the lounge area with a drink in hand after skiing. However, the bar closing early in the evening was a letdown. I returned from an evening out only to find the bar already shut, which was frustrating. Also, the jacuzzi and pool were too cold to enjoy, even during the afternoons. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the service in the restaurant could be slow. I experienced a long wait for my meal one evening. Lastly, the rooms felt a bit dated and didn't have kettles for tea or coffee, which would have been a nice touch. Overall, while I had a good stay, some improvements could enhance the experience.
